Favorite Toys and Games

Some of my favorite toys are simple things we made ourselves as kids: rubber band guns for instance, and string games. I recently made a hand-made doll for my granddaughter and she got a kick out of the creative process, especially selecting the right color and texture yarn for the hair. Years ago, my friends and I bought potato guns from a retro toy store and we had a blast playing with them on breaks at work. This took place when we were in our 30's, though nothing has changed. I'm sure if we still worked together we'd find other amusing retro toys to play with.
