Dreams of Betrayal is the first book of my husband Steve's "Dreams" series. We both poured a lot of heart and soul into it: he created it, I copy edited it, we both illustrated it. It's
a fantasy adventure with elements of sci-fi. The characters' names and look were inspired by our many years of dressing in costume and sharing lots of fun with others at renaissance faires and pirate festivals. There's a lot of relevance to
what's happening in the world today and also warnings about what could happen. The website describes the story and on Amazon, you can flip through the
pages and sample the book. We added one picture at the beginning of each chapter. We feel very good inside about creating something enjoyable for others, with moral value. I personally feel
the books are getting better and better and can't wait for Steve to finish the next one.
Realm of Nightmares is the second book in the Dreams series and my favorite so far, picking up right where Dreams of Betrayal left off. I personally really enjoyed the
chapter where the dog and cat come into the story, me being an animal lover. I was getting drawn into the section where Laktos encounters them, but the story ended with a cliffhanger. Now,
I can't wait to know what happens to them in the next book.
Dreams of a King is the third book in the Dreams which was came out in 2010. The next book is called "Reign of the
Leech King," and is in the works.
- Reign of the Leech King is the fourth in the Dreams series and is currently in the works.
Health-Threats.com was inspired by my wanting to improve my health and share all the nutrition information I've gathered over the years. Junk food and health problems so hand in had. People have become so ingrained in poor eating habits, most have gotten overweight and some seriously ill. Health-Threats
promotes healthful eating, exercising, breathing, and thoughts; plus it includes information on threats to health and current lawsuits to help others avoid problems and to find help should they be a victim of a harmful drug.
Lunamont Visions Art was the first website I ever created. It's come a long way since those first days back in 1998. It now is the hub for all our creative services.
Lunamont Signs
is our side business which Steve enjoys, having learned how to hand-craft signs in trade school many years ago. It's now practically a lost art, since new sign makers
use vinyl letters from standard fonts. It's one of his many creative outlets in life. One of mine is making websites to showcase them.
I love creating portraits so I've just added Lunamont Portraits to websites so I could offer the public my services doing family and pet portraits, plus photo restoration.
Lunamont Web Design is a recent addition to my websites. After a local business owner asked if I would be interested in designing a website for him, it inspired me to share my talents with others.
Too much focus is placed on material things these days. A focus of the spiritual aspect of life helps give meaning and direction to anyone suffering from a feeling of emptiness inside and a lack of motivation. Our Path to God is a place to look for spiritual answers and was inspired by my own need. My research in that direction has helped improve my life 100% and I want
others needing help to have useful resources at their disposal.
Privateer Dragons of the Caribbean
is my favorite website, one that I've spent the most time on, too. I started it so I could post pictures of my husband Steve and me having fun at pirate and renaissance festivals, hoping to inspire others to want to go and see what they're all about. The guy on our banner is a friend named Tim and he goes by Billy Bones at the faires. Cool look, eh? I decided to add
pirate history and trivia so that the people who wanted to create their own pirate character could read history for inspiration. People who go to the festivals love to play and pretend. I added many links to renaissance faires and pirate
festivals all over the U.S. I then expanded by adding links to pirate books and other pirate websites, so that this would be a one-stop search for
anything pirate.
I adopted my first dog from the pound, many years ago. Over the years, I then adopted two other dogs from rescue groups. My third adopted dog was so adorable and loving, she inspired me to create Rescue Centers to help other unwanted pets find good homes.
